BACK TO THE FUTURE

Well it's finally here.  It finally happened.  It's October 21, 2015 at 4:45.  It took a while, but we finally reached what was the far flung future when the Back to the Future film trilogy was started in 1985 and ended in 1990.  And while some of the predictions made in Back to the Future way back in 1989 came true, other predictions such as flying cars and flying highways as well as computer controlled weather systems ending drought in California with rain that falls right on the ticker has yet to happen.  And so we look back at the past when the present was the future when Doc Brown and Marty McFly was fighting for truth, justice against their sworn arch enemy Biff Tannen as they fly through time and space in a time machine that was made out of a DeLorean automobile.

James Tolkan as Mr. Strickland (Who must be a time traveler himself because he always turns up in every single time zone that Marty McFly ends up in including Alternate Reality 1985 and as Marshall James Strickland in 1855.), Michael J. Fox as Marty McFly and Claudia Wells as First Jennifer Parker.  Mr. Strickland is a high school principal who acts like a military Drill Sergeant.

The role of Jennifer Parker was originally played by Claudia Wells (left) in Back to the Future Part One and then recasted by Elizabeth Shue (right) in Back to the Future Part Two and Back to the Future Part Three.

The role of Jennifer Parker was originally played by Claudia Wells (above) in Back to the Future Part One and then recasted by Elizabeth Shue (below) in Back to the Future Part Two and Back to the Future Part Three.  The ending to part one was also the beginning to part two.  However, the recasting of Jennifer Parker required that the sequence had to be refilmed (Thus glaring difference in the background between the sequence at the end of part one and the same exact sequence at the start of part two).
